TPG Property Management runs full credit screening and background checks on every occupant over the age of 18. Security deposits are adjusted based on any combination of factors discovered through reporting.

Typically, TPG strives for a 12 month lease and makes every effort to end the lease in early spring to maximize exposure to potential new tenants. TPG can shape and modify leases to fit you, as the owner, and structure on an individual basis. Short term leases are discussed with owners prior to signing.

TPG does a thorough walkthrough pre move-in that evaluates condition, documents appliances serial numbers, addresses cleaning and repairs. Residents also conduct an inspection and send in photo evidence of any and all defects upon occupancy.

TPG can manage the utilities and schedule lawn maintenance in conjunction with the owner during any vacancies. After move-in, the tenant is responsible to move utilities into their names and maintain the yard. Some municipalities require owners to keep services in their names and TPG will address those on an individual basis.

Due to regulations, we are not able to provide you with a copy of the file, however, we are more than happy to discuss their file with you with pertinent information. It is not recommended that any involvement in the selection process.
Should any request be made to disregard any federal, state, or local laws, TPG reserves the right to terminate the contract with written notice from the Broker’s legal counsel.
