How much does TPG property management cost?

Contact TPG for a current written proposal for your property. We discuss management and leasing fees during the consultation. This page explains what to compare; it does not quote a fee schedule or advertise a current promotion.

What charges should a property owner ask about?

Cost categoryQuestions to ask
Ongoing managementWhat is the rate or fixed fee? What is it calculated on? Is there a minimum or a vacancy charge?
Leasing & marketingWhat triggers a leasing fee? What marketing and showing work is included? Are photography or listing charges separate?
RenewalsIs lease renewal work included or billed separately?
MaintenanceAre coordination charges or markups applicable? What spending approval and reserve arrangements apply?
Property evaluationsHow often are evaluations provided? Are additional visits billed?
Onboarding & transitionAre there setup costs, termination provisions, document-transfer charges, or other contractual expenses?

These are comparison questions, not a statement that TPG charges every fee listed. The written proposal and management agreement control.

Compare the work as well as the price.

A percentage alone says little about communication, reporting detail, property preparation, or the division of responsibilities. Compare two proposals using the same property assumptions and ask each manager to explain what is included.

What information helps TPG prepare a proposal?

Share the property address, type, occupancy status, current rent if applicable, expected availability, and any special maintenance requirements. If you have more than one property, provide the details for each.

A clear agreement protects the working relationship.

Before signing, confirm the scope of work, owner responsibilities, payment timing, approval procedures, and how either party can end the agreement. Keep a copy of the final written terms.
